Special Requests

We are aware that many people require our die cut shapes and craft kits in specific colours, rather than the shades stated in our listings. Sometimes we are able to adapt to suit your needs (if the item is something we make in-house). All requests must be made prior to purchasing items, so that we can discuss your options available! If you have already contacted us to see if the item can be altered, and we have confirmed that it can, please let us know your colour preferences (using the colours below). Again, please remember to let us know your colours before placing any orders, so that we can make a listing specially for the item you wish to buy, in the colour you need. We are unable to alter the colours if you add the standard mixed coloured packs to your shopping basket/order, then ask for them to be changed afterwards. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote, and also to discuss your needs in further detail.

Available Colours Below, you will find swatches of our colours available when requesting our die cuts in specific colours. Our crafting card is 160gsm and is coloured on both sides. Please be aware that monitor settings can cause slight fluctuations on the colours you see, due to brightness and contrast settings. The colour swatches are for clarity purposes only.

If you are hoping to upgrade your items to specialist card, please note we can only offer them in silver and gold mirror card (wherever applicable). Please be aware this will increase the cost of the items substantially, as mirror card is far more expensive for us to purchase than plain coloured craft card. We can also offer plain black coloured craft card, but again this will be at a higher cost than stated on our listings as the black card is very expensive to buy in compared to the coloured shades of card. Pricing Structure With regards to pricing structures, we do not charge extra for you to have your die cuts specially made for you (whether it be additional packs of our standard stock in mixed colours, or whether it is for packs made in the specific colours you need, when selecting any of the 12 colours shown above). Exceptions apply where you require black crafting card, or silver/gold mirror card (as explained above). Prices are charged at our standard usual selling price, and sale prices are not taken into account. For example, if we list a mixed coloured pack of die cuts at 50p and it is on sale at 40p.... should you wish to have your own pack made in your own colour mix, or should you require a special order for a larger volume, they will be charged at 50p per pack, not 40p per pack. The minimum charge for a Special Request needs to be £5.00 or more. Unfortunately, we can not accept special requests under the value of £5.00 due to the time and staff involved in sitting down specially making your item(s) and other overheads which we incur when making these special items. Processing Timescale for Special Requests With most special requests, we will state that 3 working days are required, in order to process your item(s). This timescale will be stated within your "special request" listing. Please be aware that large "special request" orders may require longer than 3 working days. If this is the case, we will notify you of this when you are making your enquiry, so you are fully aware of the time involved in making your special pieces. The timescale which we quote is just the longest we will take, and it could be that your item(s) will be ready sooner. Until we sit down and start making the pieces, we will not know exactly how long is needed to complete. We also have to take into account that we operate on a first come first serve basis, in the respect that all orders prior to yours (once placed) will be processed before we begin making your special item(s) and processing your order.
