OUR GOODS
In the unlikely event that an item is
out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as
possible to offer either a suitable alternative or refund
the cost of the item. As most of our items are hand made,
we rarely ever become “out of stock” on our items.
Should you wish to purchase a larger quantity than what is
available on our website, please contact us.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain the property of Kellys Krafts
until the order has been paid for and funds have been confirmed
as cleared.
OUR PRODUCTS
All of our items are described in as much
detail as possible. Dimensions, colours and designs may slightly
vary, as most of our items are handmade or come from handmade
products.
We are always happy to take personal requests from customers,
so that you can specifically amend a kit to suit your needs.
If we are able to meet your personal request (by altering
the pieces, or changing the colours, etc), we ask that you
please allow extra delivery time for this, as pieces may need
to be created and cut. If you would like a kit amending to
suit your needs, please ensure you contact us before making
a purchase, so that we can discuss this with you, and ensure
we are able to meet your request.
REFUNDS
Should you be unhappy with your order,
we will offer a full refund (less postage fees) upon safe
return of goods.
If you have received items which you think may be faulty,
please contact us, so we can discuss your problem, and aim
to rectify it.
Customers are responsible for paying their own postage fees,
if returning products. We strongly recommend you return your
items via a traceable secure postal method, such as Recorded
Delivery.
FREE GIFTS
Every now and then, we offer free gifts
on orders which meet certain criteria.
Free gifts are subject to availability, and also subject to
whether an offer for a free gift is in operation at the time
of you placing your order.
Free gifts are only eligible, if the goods total (value of
your order before postage costs) reaches £20.
Any order which is below £20, and has a free gift added
to it, will automatically have the free gift omitted from
the order.
If your order is over £20 and you add more than one
free gift to the order, we will randomly choose only one of
your preferred free gifts, and omit any additional free gifts.
(This may be waived if your order reaches £40 and you
add two free gifts to your order. Likewise with each additional
£20 within your order).
If your order is over £20 and you do not add a free
gift at the time of placing your order, free gifts can not
be sent out to you, at a seperate time. We must be posting
something out to you, for you to be eligible to have a free
gift.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they add their
free gift to their shopping cart, at the same time as placing
the order.
To ensure your free gift has been added to your order successfully,
you will see an item in your shopping basket with an item
code "GIFT-XX" (the two x's will be a unique number).
There will also be a brief description of the free gift you
added to your order, along with a cost of £0.00p in
the price box.
Should your order fall below £20 due to a returned item
or partial refund on an item, your free product "value"
of 99p will be deducted from any refunds due to you.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
At the moment, our shopping cart is only set up to accept Credit Card payments via Google Checkout, and PayPal. Should you wish to use an alternative payment method, please contact us to discuss this.

- BANK TRANSFER – a convenient,
secure and fast way to pay for your order online
- GOOGLE CHECKOUT - a fast, secure and
reliable way to pay for your goods by Credit Card
- CHEQUES - cheques are to be made payable
to “Kellys Krafts”
- POSTAL ORDERS - postal orders are to
be made payable to "Kellys Krafts".
- UNUSED POSTAGE STAMPS - stamps must be
unused, and values of £1 or lower.
- CASH – concealed, and at your own
risk (we recommend you send via recorded mail).
Please check with your bank, of any
fees which may be incurred by Bank Transfers. We are not responsible
for these charges and can not refund you for these fees.
When paying with PayPal, please remember that
we can only post your order to the address you have registered
with PayPal. If you require your order to be posted to a different
address than PayPal, please ensure you amend your address
details on your PayPal account before proceeding to make payment
for your order.
Please do not send requests via the paypal "notes"
(when making payment), as they do not filter through to our
site, so will not be picked up and dealt with. All requests
and information should be requested/discussed by email.
SENDING PAYMENT
When sending payment, please ensure the
following details support your payment:
- Order/Invoice number
- Full name
- Postal/Delivery address
Providing this information helps to keep
a fast and smooth running of your orders progress, and also
helps to identify payments received (able to trace back to
your order more efficiently).
POSTAGE RATES
Postage prices start from as little as
85p. We use tiered postage rates, to ensure we keep our costs
as low as possible for you. We have found this a lot more
effective than offering a flat rate fee (especially on small
orders). All of our postage charges include a small packaging
and handling fee.
All postage costs are shown within your shopping
cart. Select which method applies to you, and also which postage
option you wish to use. Our UK orders are shipped via Royal
Mail, and are sent either “Royal Mail Standard UK delivery”
or “Second Class Recorded Signed For” (dependant
upon which option you choose).
We are pleased to announce that we ship/post
worldwide. Overseas orders are despatched via Airmail, but
should you prefer to use surface mail, please contact us to
discuss this.
We offer insurance on all our orders –
please ask us for further information, should you wish to
take out insurance. There are additional fees for insurance.
For UK orders, Recorded Delivery will cover your order up
to the value of £32 for loss or damage.
DELIVERY
All orders are despatched within 3 working
days from receipt of cleared funds. Most orders are sent either
same day or next day. Payments received Friday/Saturday/Sunday
will automatically be processed on Monday. Weekends create
a delay as the Post Office is not open at weekends.
There are occasions that we may need to contact
you to discuss your order before it is despatched. Therefore
your order will not be released until we have had a reply
from you.
Once your order has been cleared for despatch,
UK orders usually take between 1-4 working days for First
Class Postage (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Please
allow and extra couple of days for Second Class Post. Overseas
orders usually take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends
and Bank Holidays). These delivery times are as per Royal
Mail. Please be aware that once your item is in the hands
of Royal Mail, we have no control over the delivery time.
If your order has not arrived in 10 working
days, please contact us to query
your order.
Once you order is despatched, you will receive an automated
email notification of this. Should you wish to trace your
order at any point after completion of order, please click
here (please make sure you have your email address and
order/invoice number at hand when using this feature).
PACKING + HANDLING
The postage price you pay on your order
includes a small packaging and handling fee. This element
is used to ensure the correct packaging and envelope/box is
used on your order, to keep it safe and secure whilst in transit.
We used recycled packaging products as much as possible, so
we are able to keep these “handling” costs to
a bare minimum.
All packages are double checked for accuracy
before being sealed up for delivery, and are securely sealed
(and sellotaped, if necessary) before being sent for delivery.
