These sheets require the use of scissors or a craft knife, as the images are not already cut out from the sheet. You will need to cut each image around the edge to give you your decoupage images for layering up. Using the cut out pieces, layer them in the relevant order to produce a stunning 3D topper (adhesive foam pads are recommended, to ensure each layer is raised, giving it that 3D finish)!
