3D decoupage books have several pages (multiple sheets) based around a specific theme (ie: flowers, floral, baby, christmas, wedding, animals, etc). Each book will state how many designs are in the book and what the theme relates to. These handy books give you all the necessary images for you to make your own lovely 3D toppers.
These sheets are not die cut, which means you will need scissors or a craft knife to cut out the images/layers.
Using the pieces you have cut out, layer them in the relevant order to produce a stunning 3D die cut topper (adhesive foam pads are recommended, to ensure each layer is raised, giving it that 3D finish)!
