Postage + Payments

POSTAGE LOCATIONS

We accept orders from UK mainland only (this also includes Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man).

If you are situated in the Scottish Highlands or on a UK remote island (such as Orkney, Shetland, Lewis, Harris, Western Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, etc), we can still post to your location, but please be aware that courier delivery times usually take a little longer than normal.

We cannot post to any of the following places:
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
• BFPO addresses
• PO Box addresses
• 3rd Party Parcel Holding Companies or Parcel Motels (including companies which forward mail on)
• Distribution Companies or Self-Storage addresses (including companies which forward mail on)
• Outside the UK
Any orders addressed to any of these will be cancelled and refunded minus any transaction fees incurred for receiving your payment.

Please try to avoid using business addresses. There are occasions we are unable to deliver to a business location. Should this happen, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. To be sure we can post to your desired business address, please email us BEFORE placing your order so that we can confirm whether your address is eligible for delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer one simple way for you to pay for your online order.

DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD (via SquareUp) - a fast, safe, secure and reliable way to pay by card.

HOW IT WORKS

Paying with card is fast and simple. You remain on our website throughout the whole checkout procedure. We never get to see your card details and we do not store them on our website or database. The card information you enter is securely sent to Square via encrypted methods, and they authorise your card and take payment for your order.

When paying with card, you will be asked to provide your card number (the 16-digit long number across the front of your card), as well as your expiry date (also found on the front of your card) and your CVV number (a 3-digit number usually found on the back of your card near the signature strip).

Once you have filled in these 3 pieces of information, a 4th box will appear, asking for a postcode. It is essential that this box is filled in. It must be the same postcode as the one registered to the card you are using.

This is all part of the authentication and verification process, which is in place to help protect you. Leaving the postcode box blank, or entering incorrect information in any of these payment boxes/fields will cause your bank to refuse the payment to be relased to us. It will then cause the transaction to fail and you will not be able to complete checkout until all information is filled in correctly.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email so that you know your order has reached us safely.

Please ensure you add to your safe senders list in your email program, to ensure our emails are not filtered through to your spam or junk folder.

Postage & Packaging

In all our years of packing and posting out parcels, we are extremely proud to say that no parcels have ever been reported as being damaged in transit.

We use recycled packaging products as much as possible, so we can keep our "handling" costs to a bare minimum. By keeping this handling cost down, it means we can offer our postage costs at a lower rate, saving you more money!

It is important to mention that we will use plenty packaging when wrapping up your orders for delivery. We want to make sure your parcel reaches you safely (undamaged and intact). Rest assured, that this packaging is usually cardboard, and it can be recycled afterwards. If your order arrives wrapped in a plastic mailing bag, please note that this bag has been made from recycled products and can also be recycled afterwards.

Despite the recycled element we use, we still buy in lots of materials (such as sellotape, poly chips, kraft paper, boxes, cardboard, etc, as and where necessary)... of which most of it can be recycled or is biodegradable (with the exception of the sellotape). Our wide range of packing materials is what helps us to ensure we pack your orders securely, for a safe transit to you.

When processing your orders, all packages are double checked for accuracy before being sealed up for delivery. We thoroughly scrutinise every stage of your order, to ensure we offer 100% with our services.

One last important note......
We all know that looking after the environment is essential. Here at Kelly's Krafts we will always aim to use recycled packaging and products which can be recycled afterwards. Please see above for more details on this. One thing we do need to point out to customers... most of our craft items are bought in from manufacturers, and it is up to those manufacturers how they choose to package their products in their factory. Many of their items arrive individually wrapped in cellophane sleeves. This is outside of our control and unfortunately it can't be avoided.
