Returns Policy

Here at Kellys Krafts, we offer a 'no quibble' returns policy.

Should you need to return anything to us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We allow this timescale, as we are aware it may take time to sift through your parcel and examine your goods. It also provides plenty of time to decide whether you still want your order, or whether you have had a change of heart and no longer require the goods (cool-down period).

Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of your order. We are unable to refund for any items sent back after 30 days. Please ensure you keep your tracking number for your return parcel, as your proof of posting date.

If you are returning any items, please ensure you contact us first so that we can assess your issue, and aim to rectify accordingly. It is not always necessary for you to return your items to be eligible for a refund, so we feel it is important we discuss this together beforehand, as it may save you money in return postage costs.

Returns must be authorised by someone at Kellys Krafts prior to the goods being sent back to us.

Items must be unused and still sealed in their original packaging, should you wish to return an item.

• Refunds will be issued net of goods value (ie: excluding postage costs).


• Items must be returned via a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, within 7 days of receipt.


• Return postage costs must be paid by the buyer.
