This is a decoupage christmas topper. The layers have already been cut out and stuck together. We have used adhesive sticky foam pads between each layer, to give the topper a beautiful 3D stacked design.

Simply pop it straight onto your greeting card or craft project as it is, or embellish it with sparkles/accessories.

This topper has an uncoated matt finish to it, making it perfect for you to add ink/colouring to it, should you want to.

The back of the topper is flat, and is not self adhesive, giving you more flexibility on how you can use this topper.
