Details: 350gsm decoupage layered papercraft topper with added gold foil print elements. The topper, background card and sentiment all coordinate with each other. Embellished with soft gold flat-back gemstones. The sentiment reads "Wishing You All the Best".

Designed to fit perfectly onto a 7x7 card blank, but you can easily mat and layer it however you like, and then pop it onto a larger card.

This is a finished and decorated topper. Simply pop it straight onto your craft project as it is, or why not stick it straight onto a card blank and make a greeting card with it!

Everything is already glued together. I have used adhesive sticky foam pads to give the topper a raised decoupage effect. Doing this gives the overall topper a beautiful 3D effect for added dimension.

The back of the topper is flat, and is not self adhesive, giving you more flexibility on how you can use this topper.
