Moonstone Die - Poinsettia Garland includes 1 metal die.

The Poinsettia Garland metal die is part of the edge-it collection. Edge-it dies are for creating beautiful decorative edges on your cards and projects.

This die has been designed so you can easily cut into your card blank, creating a beautiful decorative edge, but you can also cut out the large centrepieces to create your own toppers, giving this die plenty of versatility.

The Poinsettia Garland Edge-It metal die cuts a bold and beautiful garland centrepiece made up of a poinsettia flower, berries, leaves and added sparkle. The main garland has cut lines along the left-side, allowing you to snip into the design and lift the leaves for added dimension. Alternatively, trim along all the lines to remove the garland giving you a stunning centrepiece for your cards. Snip into the design itself to reveal a poinsettia that can be layered up.

Try layering over different coloured cardstock so the pretty edges really stand out! Cut into an A6 or 6"x4" card blank or experiment with larger sizes.

For adventurous crafters, try snipping into the design, layer up elements and place onto different cardstocks to create a completely different look every time.

These metal cutting dies are ideal for using on greeting cards, embellishing your scrapbooks and collages, decorating your handmade boxes, etc! You can even use them to decorate your journals, diaries and notebooks.

You can even be adventurous and apply colour to your cut out shapes, using ink pads, blending sponges, glimmer mist, brush markers, etc. Or why not add sparkle by using coloured gemstones or glitter.

Measurements of the cutting die:
• Poinsettia Garland: 154mm x 76mm
All measurements are approximate.

Cutting dies are for using with your cutting machines. Moonstone dies are flat, thin, steel dies which work with most major die-cutting machines. Please scroll down below the images to see a quick guide on how to use these dies with the most popular cutting machines.

Please ensure you check the measurements in the item description, to make sure it will fit in your cutting machine! This set is quite a large set, and is only designed to fit in the medium and large machines (not the compact or small portable machines).

The extract below is from Hunkydory's website as a guide on how to "sandwich" your moonstone die, depending which machine you are cutting with.

This handy guide describes the sandwich formations used for running Moonstone Dies through various die-cutting machines, to help achieve the perfect cut from your dies. Please note the smaller die-cutting machines may not accomodate the Moonstone Frame dies. Make sure to check the sizing of the die and your machine's dimensions before purchasing.
