This die combines the elegant art of embroidery with delicate die-cutting and papercraft to create cards with hand-stitched designs.
Whether you’ve never picked up a needle before or you’re a keen sewist, with this range all abilities can create embroidery designs with ease. The die will cut out a beautiful, nature-inspired design with all the necessary holes cut and ready for you to stitch. Simply follow the pre-cut holes with your needle and thread to sew showstopping handmade cards.
The Floral Heart set includes two metal dies to create a heart-shaped frame filled with sweet and dainty flowers. The central aperture follows the natural line of the floral design, to create a cheerful setting for a sweet sentiment or message.
Use the main die to cut directly into the front of a card, or use the outer edge die to cut the frame out to turn it into an embroidered topper or home decor piece.
Cutting dies are for using with your die-cutting machine. Gemini dies are flat, thin, steel dies which work with most major die-cutting machines. Please refer to your own manufacturers handbook which came with your cutting machine, to find out how to sandwich your cutting plates, cutting die and cardstock.
We recommend using an electronic die-cutting machine with this set, due to its intricate detail. For manual machines, you may need to run it through your machine several times at various angles, to ensure full and even pressure across the whole design.
