With the Whimsical Balloons set you will receive 2 dies to create a border of striped, heart-shaped and classic balloons - perfect for adding a pop of fun to your crafty makes! One die will cut out the intricate edgeables design. The other die you can use to either cut your card blank edge to match the shape of the border design, or you can use it to cut out a matching shaped background so that you can mat-and-layer your border!
