Masking fluid is a liquid latex product that protects areas of paper from paint and other mediums, allowing crafters to preserve white areas in their work.

To use masking fluid, apply it to a clean dry surface, then allow it to dry. Once dry, you can then paint over it with your inks, paint, watercolours, or other mediums. Afterwards, you can peel or rub off the fluid to reveal the untouched white paper beneath.
